Important Information:

 

• To secure your reservation, full payment (100%) is required.

• The 20% security deposit must be paid no later than 5 days before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days after departure, as long as there is no damage to the property.

• Date changes are possible up to 20 days before arrival and are subject to availability. We do not offer refunds.

Before Your Arrival:

 

• Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

• If you would like meal service during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide a quote.

During Your Stay:

• Casa Pietro is a space to rest, reconnect with nature, and enjoy community.

• We kindly ask that you take care of the furniture and follow our recommendations to help preserve the spirit of the house.

• Our team will be available to assist you with anything you may need.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

• Music or loud noise is not permitted after 11:00 p.m.
